Complète
Design for a new central plaza at the Thu Thiem new urban development area in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, that will be used for 200 000 residents and a dynamic city.
Design for Saigon river embankments and Crescent Park of 9 ha, and also for Central Plaza with parking garages of 20 ha.
There will be many public spaces : offices, car parking, train station, etc.
New pedestrian bridges over the Saigon River, connecting Thu Thiem to District 1 with 360 m in length.
The project makes a connection to the region’s Cham glorious past through the ground surface treatment.
Thu Thiem peninsula establishes a meeting point between water and land.
It is a park with tree shades as an attractive and representative city center for the 21st century.
The vegetation from the Mekong delta and the system of water and wind give the plaza a sense of an sustainable public space.
