It is part of a real estate complex that includes the existing house of Phan Van Khai, several annex buildings including the hotel of the ancestors of the family.
The site is heritage, it is a question of completing the existing unit and having a unique family house.
The new house is located on the other side of the agricultural canal, slightly below the existing complex.

Concept
the house is organized as a set connected by outdoor galleries.
Several parts of the house (which can be built as you go) are autonomous and allow several members of the family to live together and respect each other’s privacy.
It is a contemporary house with a logic of Asian layout that reinforces the garden as the heart of the house.
