The objective is to control mineral urbanization on a strip of land between the mangrove area and the expanding urbanization of the peninsula. It is an amplifier for the use of fish and aquaculture in the brackish water areas of the lagoon islands. An ecological tourist development is organized on the shores of the peninsula with the development of quality public spaces respecting the flooding of the site.
