Van Lang University was founded in 1995, is currently located at District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, has 11 000 students and 380 employees.
There are 4 main groups of academic majors: engineering, economics, social sciences and industrial arts.
The new campus of Van Lang University (with capacity of 15000 students) is designed on a planning scheme that is simple, transparent, full of green spaces and sport facilities beside the curve of the canal bordering the campus to the East.
As a multi-major educational project with such a vision for a green future, the entire site is developed in a way that all dormitory and academic blocks have access to open and large green spaces, with a view towards the city center as well as the future green spaces.
